P.E

Fosbury flop:  Was invented by Dick Fosbury in 1968.

Fosbury flop is where you run up to the bar and turn on ur non-jumping foot then jump on your back with your legs and hand straight up in the air.  the way to figure out your jumping foot is when you step foward what foot do you put out first the determines what foot you use.

Starting poes for sprinting:

When you line up to the sprint track walk 2 and a half steps backwards and kneel to where your front foot is a little bit in front of you knee. When the leader says get set you put your bottom to the air above your head and when they say go you need to push off you front foot.
