Circuit Training:

In P.E we have been talking about why it is good and important to exercise. For the past few weeks we have been testing our self's with different types of exercises. like our balance ability,strength ect with all the data we have collected for our self's we were asked to make our own fitness circuit. A fitness circuit/training circuit is basically your own personal work-out that is personalize for you and your own abilities. I am going to try and do my training circuit once a day.


Jumping Rope

Bench Dips
10 Reps
Abdominal Crunches
10-15 Reps
Squat Jumps
10-15 Reps
Calf Raises
10-15 Reps
