Move to Improve:

My Goal Is to be a Football player its my dream goal to be one and to be fit enough not to stop all the time while running in cross country. They both fit in to each other because its mainly being fit and having stamina to run a lot. I love the football team Chelsea and I hope i'm as good as my favorite player Eden Hazard. I want to train a lot by doing some sprints and doing long distance while sprinting because that is rally good in football. I would also like to be as good and rough like boys because I watch a lot of girls now that are not that good because there scared.

Food Diary:

Breakfast: Nothing

Morning tea: Oats bar , Green Grapes

Lunch: Nothing

Dinner: Chicken and vegetables.

Midnight Snake: Popcorn No buttered

For a normal 13 year old girl your meant to be having 1,600 to 2,200 calories.

A girl who is 13 years old is meant to take up 0.5  gram of protein pound of body weight.

A girl who is 13 years old is meant to take up 720 fat during there diet of 2.200 of calories.

A girl who is 13 years old is meant to take up 45 to 65%  of their calories ends up being carbs
