Move To Improve

Move To Improve:

This was our first lesson of many to come: 

Why have you chosen this project,and what do you hope to achieve?
I have chosen "Move To Improve"  because it is all about eating healthy and being fitter I hope to achieve doing more than 6 laps of the 12 minute run and also to be healthier. 

What are some activities that you would like to do and/or things you would like to learn as part of your passion project? I would love to do more running things because I would love to be really fast and also not get as puff and fun longer.
