Crazy New Sport:

-Soccer/Hockey-

Today I have just invented the worlds best sport ever. This activity is a combination of two sports that actually mix really well together. Its a sport that really anyone can play and also have fun.

Equipment Needed-
  • Goalie gloves
  • Hockey sticks
  • Soccer ball
  • Soccer goal
  • Mouth guard
  • Nice grippy indoor Soccer shoes.
  • Knee pads
  • Knee high socks
  • Elbow and shoulder pads
  • A nice Hockey court to play on, with lines that are for soccer/football.

Rules:
With this new sport its basically like playing Soccer with a stick. You aren't allowed to touch the ball with you're hands. There are off sides which means you aren't allowed in front of all the defenders and goalie unless you're running to the ball. You are not allowed to go in the goalie circle/box. The goalie is the only one allowed to touch the ball with their hands. When throwing the ball they must not throw it past the half way line. The goalie also can not throw the ball outside of their circle/box. Their is also not outs with means you can use the whole court. You must keep the ball below you're entire body if it goes above you're head it must be passed over to the opposite team. When hitting the ball you must hit it with the flat side of the stick. All throws must be over you're head. Their are penalty shoots if the other team gets a red or yellow card. Their must be no contact with hands towards others so not pushing or shoving. The sticks must stay on the ground the whole time unless you're running that's the only time you're allowed to slightly have it off the ground. As always with ever sport no foul language that can offend others. Another thing is to have fun and show respect towards the ref and other players.  Each game should last for around 30-30 minutes each half. When its half time if the team has subs they are then forced to swap out players for new ones. Each team should at least have 1 or 2 sub's.
